Frequently Asked Questions
First, create an apiary (your bee yard location), then click 'Add Hive' within that apiary. You can add details like hive type, queen information, and installation date.
Free accounts can manage up to 2 hives with basic features. Premium gives you unlimited hives, treatment tracking, harvest records, data export, and priority support.
Go to any hive and click 'Log Inspection'. Fill in what you observed - queen seen, brood pattern, temperament, etc. You can also add notes for anything specific.
Yes! Premium users can log treatments with type, dosage, application date, and withdrawal period. HiveLog will remind you when treatments are due to end.
Go to Settings > Export Data. You can download all your records as a CSV file. This is a Premium feature.
Absolutely! HiveLog is mobile-friendly and works great on phones and tablets. Perfect for logging inspections right at the apiary.
Go to Settings > Subscription and click 'Manage Subscription'. You can cancel anytime - you'll keep Premium access until the end of your billing period.
Yes, we perform regular backups of all data. However, we recommend periodically exporting your own data as an additional safeguard.
Native iOS and Android apps are coming soon! In the meantime, HiveLog works great on mobile browsers and you can install it as a web app — just tap 'Add to Home Screen' in your browser for quick access.
